Weekend is over...

Well, I had a good and relaxing weekend the past couple days. Weird thing is how much Saturday night felt like a Sunday night so it kind of messed up the old internal clock and made me feel like this was a four day weekend... Go figure?!

So, let me recap... Saturday, I was lazing around most of the day. Both of my sporty buddies on weekends were out for the count, Krystal had a tremendous headache and was in bed all day and April is still recovering for lack of sleep and was taking it easy most of the day. So, no badminton or walking up mountains. I was also feeling a bit on the lethargic side, so it was fine.

Saturday evening, I was invited for supper by April and Trevor. Yummy steaks, veggies, and all the fixings, plus dessert... Very delicious, and was followed by a bit of TV viewing and then a movie, "The Snow Walker", an arctic flick that April hadn't seen yet. It was fun.

Sunday, I was exhausted so I slept until 10 without opening my eyes once. Seemed like the sleeping bug was around so nonly got dressed and moving about at around 2:30 when April wanted to take a walk through the pouring rain. Met Krystal for a killer badminton tourney at 3'ish too, which we wil have to continue next weekend. We are fairly evenly matched (even though she won both games) and we had some intense rallies. Felt good to get active!

This evening, I have been downloading halloween music for school, I am hoping the Spirit committee will plan an afternoon event for the whole school and thought the tunes could come in handy for background/atmosphere. Now I am about to go to bed but the Monster Mash is running through my head... 3-2-1, Nytol!

How many committees do you have at your school-geography committee, spirit committee, and I bet you're on all of them--- you are so much like ljlc !!!Hand is on automatic pilot when volunteers are needed-- thank God for people like you,,, makes it much easier for people like me--hehehehehheh
hmmm,, was it lack of sleep for April, or maybe a little too much of that southern comfort !!! Enjoy the new week---- it's getting colder down here---

We have lots of "official" committees at school this year since many people were not following through last year on all of their workload requirements... I was TOTALLY thinking about joining the Spirit committee but thought that maybe I should not spread myself too thin... Since then however I told them to come and see me anytime they need some help, so I am planning/preparing the games on Halloween afternoon for the whole school even without being on the committee, LOL!!

I thought why not go all out now that i don't have a family or kids yet... hopefully when i am older some new eager beavers will be on staff!! haha

Hi, N.L.
Just thought I'd drop in to see what's new up there - I love the photos! What a strange looking bunch of people you work with *grin*
I don't know why you were having troubles scrolling thru my blog; my obsessive nature now requires that I try to figure it out! So, on that note: which browser are you using? And, is there a scroll bar across the bottom of the page (~fingers crossed~) - if there is, you should be able to just scroll sideways, over to the vertical scroll bar. If not, then I'll have to try some experimenting *mwa ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaa*
'K, just two questions for starters. I'll get back to you if I have more :o)

Hey Mikki-

I checked out the page again and still nothing, I don't see a horizontal or vertical scroll bar...

I am on Firefox 1.5.0.7 and am working on a MacBook so there is no "scroll" bar on the mouse since it is a built in mouse pad...

I also have Safari web browser maybe when I have a few minutes I will try to go to your page using that browser and see if it works... Right now I am at work so I don't have the time to check it out now...

Odd isn't it!
